  2. Yeah my friend said about £3,000! You might as well stay in London and get the tube. Imagine the commute on top. Delays, rushing, cramped trains I bet.

    Brighton is a really nice place, I was there the other week - but when I looked at the estate agents it was only marginally cheaper than London.
