I'm thinking to buy a motorcycle 1100cc or higher used witch bike is the better price for your money.

I had a Suzuki GS1100 EZ that I bought new in '82. I loved that bike. My stepson folded it up for me or I would still have it today. It looked good, didn't have a lot of c**p all over it, and was very powerfull.Consider one of these if you can find one.

It really depends what kind of bike you want.  Are you looking at cruisers or sportbikes?  How tall are you?  What kind of motorcycle experience do you have?

The Honda Shadows (Sabre, IMO) is the best bang for the buck cruiser-wise.  There are some good looking Harleys and Triumphs but they don't deliver performance at the same price-point, in my opinion.

Liter sportbikes? Up for grabs.

I sold my scooter and got an FJR1300 sporttourer. Love it!

if you can get your hands on a kawasaki vn 1500 that is the bike to have hands down, but 07 was the last year for them
