  3. Get some iced tea!  I love it, all the water, yet actually tastes like something, and no sugar!

  4. freeze some green grapes or any small berries add em to some cold mineral water ooh SO fresh!!

You have either eaten something saltly or sugary which has made you thristy, or you have excerised hard and require fluids.  The best for thrist is water with a squeeze of lemon juice, if you can handle lots of lemon then slice a piece and add to your glass. Drink slowing and you will find your thrist will stop.  If you have exercised your body need fluid and salts fast so you are better of with Gatorade or something similar.  I do not suggest you take Gatorade if you have not exercised, as the extra salts and other nutrients will affect your body functions just a bad as not having any if you do need some.  You might enjoy Gatorade with half a glass of orange juice and half Gatorade, tastes good!  Only if you exercise!!!!!!  

  6. Get a watermelon! I was so thirsty yesterday. I cut a watermelon and ended up eating 1/4 of it! It was amazingly refreshing!
