PonyIsland is a good game with a GREAT concept. With that being said, PI has only 13 moderators for a player base that is in the thousands. Many times there has been p**n and other non-child friendly material posted on the forums when no moderators are online. Customer service is extremely lacking and you CAN and WILL be banned, or have other privileges taken away, for offsite behavior that the mods and/or administrators deem inappropriate.
