I'm throwing my daughter a Tinkerbell/neverland theme party. Need advice.?

I have it all layed on it my head should be cool. But I want to make it look like Neverland and I remember in the movie hook they had writing on the wall. I wan to do this with a blacklight and paper on the wall but I dont know what kind of pen or paint I can use to make it brighten up when I turn on the black light. Please let me know.

Buy neon paints. Also, when I was little, I had a coloring book that was all black with neon crayons that stood out. So anything listed as glow-in-the-dark. Look for fluorescent paint, or ask a store manager at a craft store. They should have those kind of things at any craft store. It sounds like the party your throwing is going to be great!
