I'm too depressed......?

i can't stop thinking about my bf. parents always fighting. never get to see my friends, cut my finger badly so i can't play guitar to calm me down. can't sleep. sick all the time. bags under my eyes never go away. people say i never smile, and looks sickly and gaunt...help?

  1. You have experienced depression. Hope the following can help:

    Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

    Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

    Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

    Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

    Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

    Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

  2. Don't be so selfish, get off your lazy bum and get a job, do some sport, socialize, grow up and act like a normal person

  3. Try exercising, jogging or sprinting can make you feel more energize and feel more alive, hey everybody has problems.

  4. Take a walk, the fresh air might help. At night drink milk to put you to sleep. Call your bf/gf what ever you have if you miss them. Talk to someone, that always helps me. Hope you feel better about life.

  7. did you say bf shouldn't you have a gf there is your problem  you are confused in the sexes .wake up early and go to bed early and stop thinking about negative things .think happy thoughts and practice a smile  

  8. WHY don't you smile? Is it cause you feel nothings funny and youre really tired all; the time..? Well you might be depressed your q'z not detailed enough anyway just go and see your doctor, tell them everything thats on ur  mind and stuff and theyll take the next step 4 you. medication or whatveer good ,lcuk
