  1. do u have an eating disorder or are you just really skinny???

if u have an eating disorder go to a doctor! they can help you, if your naturally skinny there isnt really anything u can do. You have a fast metablosim and some girls would kill to be you. Be proud of your self u dont need to look like a model or an actress, you just need to look like you.

  2. it sounds like you are one of the millions of people who no matter what they look like, they will look at themselves in the mirror and be dissapointed.  try to focus on the good things in life and don't be so negative.  lots of girls would kill to look like you, and some girls die trying to look like you, so, if all you want to do is gain weight, eat proteins and carbs

  3. eat a lot and stop exercising

  4. That's an odd question; normally people want to be skinnier.  I'd get checked for a glandular condition though, but you will have to eat and exercise.  If you want to gain weight, you increase your calories and don't use as many as you eat.

  5. I am a guy but have a VERY high metabolism. I am 5'11 and WAS 130 Pounds. I then was tired of being so skinny, and everyone else seemed so much bigger. I am now 175 and 7% Body Fat. In order to acheieve this I talked to people that I knew who bodybuild. I got some weight-gainer powder drinks, and started looking @ higher calorie food(and not junk food) that was as healthy as possible while maintaining HIGH CALORIES which is the key to gaining. I recommend looking into Weight-Gainers , and start eating anything and everything you can as many times as you can(I eat  6 Meals a day + 3 Gainers.) I also have to add that once you start gaining it will turn to fat unless you workout. I goto the gym 3-6 days a week and recommend you start w/ 2-3 days a week for 1 hour each time. Also check out Bodyspace to help track your improvements. Good Luck!

  6. You need to exercise and get plenty of good quality calories.  I imagine that you're looking to add some muscle to you're legs and booty to make them more shapely (which does look really good by the way),  you'll need weight training and some high resistance cardio like running or stairmaster, biking can be good too.  Although if you dont have access to a gym, then running (work up to being able to run at a good pace and learn how to love it)  while throwing in lunges or squats with whatever weights you can find will be good, and don't forget some upper body work and abs, you really can't neglect anything in order to do it right and doing it right is worth it.  But you should get used to having a gym to work out at, because its so complete and versitile in what you can do, and easier and more fun.  And on top of that, you need to eat a high quality diet.  If you're looking to add lean muscle mass, then you're going to need high quality protein and also clean, unrefined carbs and also healthy fats too.  In order to gain quality weight you're going to have to eat quality food, things close to their natural state are best like raw fruits, cooked starches like rice and potatoes or beans, salads with raw sunflowerseeds and avacados and raw veggies.  Very hearty breads, you know - the chunky kinds you get at heath food stores and whey protein supplements.  Protein coming from eggs, meat, fish and dairy are good sources and don't forget that whey protein is the best protein for building muscle because of its high bioavailability rating, which means that its amino acid make up is the closest to ideal of which the body needs in order to construct new muscle tissue - but you can't use just whey, you need to mix it up.  Nothing like captain crunch or soda pop (diet is ok) or candy or refined c**p.  I would say that a ratio of 40 percent of calories coming from carbs, 30 percent from protein and 30 percent form fats, is a good healthy and effective ratio for gaining lean mass.

Don't forget that along with the right diet, the body needs good strong excercise stimulation to build precious muscle, you gotta work out baby!

But you shouldn't be looking to gain weight really fast, because quality weight is gained not so quickly.  If you gain alot of weight really fast, then alot of it is likley to be fat, which you'll have to burn off eventually.  But don't starve yourself if you're trying to gain quailty muscle, you have to eat!  Just try to learn exactly what your body needs in order to put on quailty weight without adding a whole lot of fat.  Over time if you pay alot of attention and study the way that your body responds to diet and exercise, then you will gain a real natural sense of what you need and how much. Good luck.

  7. Eat healthy food, avoid fast food. Don't eat TOO much. You can vomit and stuff. Just keep eating healthy and a little more every day. Remember, still exercise,

  8. so eat up and eat more and work out and gain so weight.

  9. What possible answer can you expect?

    Try eating.

  10. try to eat a little more than you do now but try to eat things that have more calories and don't stop exercising just don't exercise as much! you will gain wait before you know it!!
