I'm translating some text to my language and can't seem to understand what does: heated correspondence mean?

tnx for the any info, btw. the full sentence is: there was a lot of heated correspondence between our boss and their CEO.

  1. "Heated correspondence" means that their was non-verbal communication (for example, mail or email) that was very emotional (usually angry).


  2. angry communication...like not friendly when they dealt with eachother

  3. it usually means that they are accusing each other of something in letters.
