  1. right now the euro is high  ie 1.6, I live in ITaly, and think that by the end of the summer it should drop a bit...or al least hope.  Watch the exchange, maybe buy a bit now, it may possibily rise even more. All banks change money, only some limit the amount you can change at a time.


  2. Both: buy some euros now. When you will need euros  you can buy in the Italy's  banks.
