Kundasang - Mt. Kinabalu,  Masilau Resort, National Park

Kota Kinabalu area:  The Islands, Climb Mt. Kinabalu and visit the Word heritage site.

Kota Belud tamu on a Sunday...

Sandakan area:  Sepilok Orang Utan Scantuary, Crocodile Farm....

Gomotong Cave + Sukau area-Kinabatangan River Cruise.  Selingan Island.

Tawau/Lahad Datu:  Sipadan Island

Kudat:   Tip Of Borneo...

Take a drive: From Kota Kinabalu to Kudat, then to Sandakan via Sapi Oil Palm Plantation, then to Tawau from where you can drive back to Kota Kinabalu.    Total driving time:  About 25 to 30 hours...Visit places on the way...

Depends on what you want to do and what kind of person ...

1)If you don't mind 'suffering' a little bit or banyak-banyak, you can try climbing Mt. Kinabalu or try the Sandakan Death March Trail

2)If you like white sand beach and snorkelling, you can go island hopping to Pulau Manukan ... or  go Pulau Sipadan if you like scuba diving

3)If you want a sample of exotic food, visit their kampungs like in Tambunan or Kudat ... but you can get a bit at the Monsopiad Cultural Village

4)If you like white water rafting, you can try Tenom Padas River ...

5)If you like to to makan seafood, there is a lot to choose from ... from Kota Kinabalu to Tawau ...
