  1. it all depends from which country you are originally from?

come back to your question and add your country; click on the little pencil under you question, and add your country......

if you are an # UK citizen # you will not need a visa and you can enter the US without a visa,

the UK is in the visa waiver, therefore no visa needed,(90 days)

make sure your passport has at least the validity of 6 months left.......

  2. If you are European they give you a temporary visa at the border... just a stamp and a small card stappled inside your passport saying that you can stay in USA for few days.

  3. If you have a U.K. passport that is all you need to go ANYWHERE that is part of the VISA waiver program, including the U.S.A.

  4. No you will not. Just a return information and your passport. You do not need a visa to visit the US if you are going to be there for less then two months. I know. I'm a US citizen and I live with my Husband in the UK. We do not have our marriage visa and he goes to the US with me to visit and all he brings is his passport. You do need to have some sort of return flight details though. If they see that you have a ticket one way to the US with out the return to Canada or the UK, that can be a problem. Have fun!

  5. The only time that you need a VISA is if you are planning to stay longer than 30 days.

  6. You are a United Kingdom national and can enter the United States as a Visa Waiver Program applicant.  You are eligible for admission for ninety (90) days or less if your passport will expire before that time.
