I'm tryin' to remember the name of this game, you have two sticks and a longer stick and you can do tricks....

the two smaller sticks you hold on to, and the longer stick has flaps of fabric at the end and you can twirl it and knick knack it back and forth, i had one when i was 8, i think it became popular around 1995, any idea as to what it's called??
