I'm tryin to lose weight, and I've been doin 100 sit ups everyday, but i ate a slice of choco cake...?

  1. i think you can eat what you want, but in small portions

    i cant think of myself giving up cake and stuff, just exercise a little more if you eat stuff like that


  2. WELL YOU ARE NOT GONNA LOOSE WEIGHT ONLY DOING SIT UPS.ITS JUST NOT POSSIBLE.WELL TRY TO EAT ONE CHEAT MEAL(WHICH MEANS YOU COULD EAT ANYTHING YOUR CRAVING FOR JUST ONCE A WEEK) AND NO MORE THE REST OF THE DAYS EAT HEALTHY FOOD.

  3. Of course, If you are trying to lose weight then just doing sit-ups will have little affect. You are building muscle(slowly) bit burning calories. You need aerobic exercise(bike, walk, etc.). You need to cut the amount of calories you consume by 500 calories/day or increase the number of calories you burn in a day by 500 to lose 1 pound/week. That is for evey 3500 calories/week you decrease your intake(or by exercise) you will lose one pound.

  5. Uh yeah - I agree with others here - sit ups are NOT going to get you very far. You need to implement other things in your workout. Start running - or at least walking 30 mins everyday! And - as someone else said - you should have one cheat day a week. I work with a trainer at my gym, and she always says to stick to a diet 6 days a week and then have a cheat day 1 day a week - that doesn't mean to go crazy and knock yourself out by eating only chocolate and hoards of it - but go out to eat, eat that slice of cake - enjoy it! And then, then, get back to your normal days or not eating it.

    Also - we all slip up! Don't beat yourself up over it! RELAX!!!!

  6. ONE slice won't do anything. Your fine. Drinking tons of water will help shed some pounds, seriously you can lose like 10 pounds from it. & a way to lose weigh is either cutting your portions down or the better way eating healthier. Also, I heard that sit ups don't do much =/ sorry. Unless your not having your feet held down by anything, then it works better.

    Go to a vegan/vegetarian/organic store. Almost all those kinds of people are skinny as helll. You buy stuff from there & its wayyy better for you.
