I'm trying to make an pay-pal account but i don't know what to say in the state section its has it in letters eg.GA i don't know which one to choose(i live in england/uk) please help me

  1. When you click on the sign-up page, it asks you to pick a country.

    Pick United Kingdom

    and not

    United States!
