I'm trying out for volleyball,I need some advice on what to do!?

I'm tring out for the volleyball team and I'm like the only seventh grader trying out what should i do.

Be aggressive...go after the ball, even if it means getting on the floor.  Show good teamwork and know your limitations.

you need to make sure u won't get hurt if u like throw the ball and smack it with ur hand. practice catching and throwing

just think in your mind: DON'T LET THE BALL DROP. Go after every ball. Even if you don't have a really good pass when you get there, make every effort to go for it. unless it's CLEARLY going to someone else, but even then, CALL it ("HELP! FRONT!"). Act really motivated/enthusiastic.
