  1. You are going to want to know how to serve underhand for sure and overhand maybe.......you will need to know how to pass and set...and be in good shape!! Hope that helps I'm trying out this year at a new school so lets hope we both make the TEAM!! lol

  2. tha'ts called bumping practice bumping a volley ball up a gainst a wall and practice your form keep your knees bent and your back straight!

practie setting by yourself walk while you set

    practice serving

practice spiking by smacking the ball against the wall and catching it.

    trust me...

what gets you on a team is mainly your bump set and serve...

i'm like the best in my whole league of volleyball players b/c i am a good setter and server!

  3. Overhand serves.

    Dexterity.

    Speed.

    Spikes.

    Passes.

    Outside, center, and back hits.

    Digs.

Maybe rolls? Thats sort of highschool.

But just condition and practice well and you'll do fine.

AND BE CONFIDENT AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO LAUGH AT YOURSELF.

  4. good luck

practice setting a volleyball into a laundry basket 2 work on ur placement, have a parent or friend toss the ball 2 u and try 2 pass it straight back to them everytime once u get 10 of those try passing it farther, and to the side at different angles. and serving overhand keep ur hand straight and firm. hope this helps

P.S the coaches dont only look at ur skill they look at ur attitude also so pick a good one!!!
