I've been in Aruba for two weeks and there's this stray dog that I've been taking care of that I'd like to take back with me to the U.S. He's a mutt, young, (probably a year to two years), and he isn't in great health. He's thin, and I think he has mange. I'm wondering what he'll have to go through for me to bring him to the U.S. Will he need to be quarantined? For how long? Will I need to get him shots down here? I'm not sure of the laws. Can anyone help me out? Thanks SO much!

  1. you should first get him to the vet and give him all his shots and buy him a cage for the airplane ride and i think that's it. I'm not really sure exactly what to but i just wanted you tell you about the shots and the visit to the vet.

    hope i helped!

  2. let him be adopted there is no reason to ship a dog to the us they wont allow him on a plane its inhumane!!!!
