I'm trying to change the hair color of one my pics while leaving the rest of it the same how do i do that?

i've got a picture with with red hair that i'm trying to change to blue how do i edit it so i can do that while leaving the rest of the picture the same as is

there are a couple ways... one of the simplest is using the brush on photo-shop and changing the opacity, which is in the upper right corner on the toolbar, so you can shade your hair whatever color. It wont look totally realistic, and if you want to get closer, then select the hair area and press apple U. Then there are a lot more options, one of which is the hue, where it would be really easy to change it to blue.
