I'm trying to choose COLORS for my BAY THOROUGHBRED horse. .??

Question

Im getting ready to purchase a boot bag and polos for Leo, my horse but I want to pick 3 colors that will compose our theme. He's about 16 hands and bay with white socks. All my dad has is Bay horses.  I think Leo would look good in Orange or Burgandy.  I have a real Dark Bay/ Brown Gelding and he uses Minty Green.  But Bright Colors look good on Bays.  Red, Yellow.  Seriously though, We have a horse about the sasme shade of Bay and we use Orange for him..  Also a deep red.  Hope I helped

If you want three colors to go together, light purple, purple, and green. try to use lighter colors, since he's fairly dark. Of course, flame or leopard look good on bays too, but I don't think that's what you're looking for. Plus, only mares can really pull off the patterns.
