I'm trying to contact Patrick R. regarding an inspirational poem he wrote...

Question

I'm trying to get in touch with a Patrick R. who wrote a very inspirational poem about saying goodbye to a loved one...There was no title, but the first few lines were:

You can shed tears because she is gone

or you can smile because she has lived.

You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back,

or you can open your eyes and see all that she's left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see her,

or you can be full of the love you shared.

I won't go on from here, but I would really like to contact the author here, my mother-in-law is very ill and when it comes to be her time, I think this poem would definitely help those in her family left behind. I think it would be a great comfort for someone to read these words at her memorial, but I would like Patrick R.'s permission to do so first. Please contact me.
