I'm trying to download a video onto youtube from my cell phone....?

well, i know how to use youtube and i have a video already on there, but that vid came from my friend's digital camera. i was wondering, how do i download videos from my cell phone onto youtube? i have a memory stick for my cell phone and the adapter that goes with it and i also have a memory stick (jump drive, whatever you choose to call it) but i'm not using a laptop like my friend was....please help??
