I'm trying to download photos to my computer and when i do i get errors 5009 my camera is a Vivi cam 5399 help

my computer can not find hardware, but when i try to install i get this problem plus im using vista

  1. This is Install shield program error.  Go to C:\Program Files \Common Files\ Rename installshield to installshieldold than reboot your computer.
