  1. Maybe not a file extension ebay accepts/supports? Sometimes ebay has glitches as I recall I had personal uploading imaging issues with ebay before too. I advise sigining up with photobucket where you can just link the pictures from there to ebay instead of using ebay's uploading program. Its easier and  less of a hassle .
