Like how much is this: 2 slices wheat bread, a nice big glob of dijon mustard, 6 slices of ham, about a half inch of lettuce, and a couple slices of tomato.
I'm finding it hard to keep track if i'm eating 3k calories a day or not - that makes 3 700 cal meals, and 3 300 cal snacks. I eat a lot at each meal and was just wondering if a sandwhich maybe makes 4 or 500 calories, and then I can eat a yogurt + some fruit to hit 700.
