  1. This happened me just a minute ago.

I tired everything first, pressing the eject button, and then when that didnt work I went to the little box on your toolbar (if you have windows) and I pressed remove hardware. That didnt work the first time. Also I ejected the two of the USB ports (e & f, f is the one with my iPod in it) I closed iTunes and I noticed that the box was still there, I clicked on it and the safely remove hardwear f came up. I clicked on that and hey presto my iPod ejected! Try closing your iTunes and then pressing safely remove hardware. I would strongly recommend not unplugging the USB cord without ejecting it. You could mess up you iPod and computer!

  2. I had that problem before. Just unplug it and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, leave it unplug and restart your pc and ipod. To restart the ipod, hold menu and the middle button for about 5sec or until u see it restart.

  3. close all running application and you should be fine

do you think this is a good price for ipod head phones http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sk...

  4. I get this too. I just wait a bit, then try again. If that doesn't work, I try again.

Then if still not working, I go down (you have windows, I assume?) to the bottom right hand corner of the creen and eject using the thing on the icon bar.

If this doesn't work, you can always remove the ipod. Or contact support.

  5. Ive had this. The only thing I could do was wait till the battery died and you had to recharge it.

Just remember to look at the picture on the screen, and eject it when it says it' s ok from the Ipod itself, not the UBS cord.

  6. It means that another program is using your ipod. haha.

Try opening up itunes again and closing it. If that doesnt work and chances are it wont. You can do a lot of things but*** you may loose all your files on your ipod.

If it were me i would shut down my computer. Dont pull the ipod out as that can def. erase all the data. By shutting down the computer you may only cause your ipod to restart hence still leaving you with the files. Remove the usb after the computer is off.

If you are afarid to do this uou can always do a manual restart with your computer still on but you need to consult apple.com since i do not know your ipod type.

Do not blame me if you erase all your data, do at your own risk and hope that this info. helps.
