I'm trying to figure out whether I should go totally brunette?

K well right now my hair is mostly a dull brown with subtle shades of darker brown, blonde, and brownish red. My eyebrows are the same shade as the darkest color, I am tan, have blue eyes, and an oval shaped face.

Should I make it all the darkest shade? Help!
