I'm trying to find a font that reflects and glows help!!

I doubt you will find anything like that as those are filters and Photoshop effects. You take a plain font, copy it in a new layer and flip it, the put it underneath the text of the other layer. You do an opaque erase on the reflective text or do a mask with a gradient. Then you apply an outer glow or drop shadow with no distance to it.
