I'm trying to find a home based assembly type job. Does anyone know of a legitimate company that needs people?

My neighbour has a UPS truck drop of & pick up boxes each fridays for his home based business. I've tried to find out what he is doing & who he is working for but with no success. Recently him & his son have rented a small shop somewhere in town & now work from there so I'm assuming they're doing well at this. I,m looking for a legitimate company to assemble small products or electronics for. Does anyone know of such a company? Thanks.
