I'm trying to find a specific video of Steve Bridges as Mr. President, can anyone help?

It's the video that they showed on a Vh1 commercial after the show "The New Millenium". It has a George Bush, Condoleeza Rice, and I think a d**k Cheney impersonator. They are on the phone and d**k Cheney asks Bush, "What's up?" and Bush responds something like, "Just ruling the country". When the Condoleeza impersonator comes on she screams in a funny voice, "WHAT'SSS UP?" I've looked everywhere on YouTube and Steve Bridges impersonator website to try and find this video!
