I'm trying to find apartment rental for homeless people who do not have good credit but can pay rent in LA

we need an agency that helps with finding homeless people apartments and help with getting them get in them

  1. Go to the city hall and talk to the Housing Department.  They would qualify for section 8, but there is always a long waiting list.

    Contact the community outreach programs in your area,large churches, large companies, etc.

    I had a friend in Texas that contacted the owner of a four story building that was run down.  He set up a program--you work, go to school, or you help with the maintenance at the building.  NO ONE was allowed to sit around and do nothing all day.

    Within one year they had a wait list for people who wanted to live there.  The first floor was in intake and kitchen area. The second floor was for classes and training.  The third floor was the childcare and sleeping area. It was well secure so no one could just walk into the area.  The fourth floor was storage lockers for the tenants.

    It all started with a dream that he put into action!
