This happened to me, but not with them. I ordered the "eBay for Dummies" package for $1.99 and never got it. Within the next two weeks all kinds of $1.99 charges started appearing on my bank account from supposed "affiliates". Well, I was able to call and cancel some but my money was never refunded from at least two. I left it go. But what you can do is call your bank, and the charge made to your account should have a contact number. After you get that contact number call them and ask them to refund your money. Don't lose your temper. You can get in trouble for making "terroristic threats". Ask that your money be refunded. If they don't refund your money you can always report them to various internet sites and the BBB, and even your bank. The BBB usually does little. They are good for REFERENCING companies. And you can use them for that.
