A name alone will NOT work. If you know additional details, you MIGHT be lucky and stumble across the information you want.

You might was well ask if you can find a specific guy named Fred in the North-Eastern US.

i think that you would need to specify more detail about them. their appearence and surname and parents name. in canada there are like 1,000 or more people and many of these people have the same names as their fellow friends so i don't think so.

EDIT:   LOL - If the population of Canada was only 1,000 people as stated in the answer below you would have a really good chance in finding someone.  For the record there is actually over 35 million people in Canada...but you never know, you could get lucky and find them (if they have a listed phone number)

you can look up the telephone book for free. Just keep in mind that there are 13 provinces and territories, and hundreds of telephone books for each province & territory.

if you can afford to pay for your internet connection, then maybe you can afford to try 411.ca
