My father was murdered June 26th 2001, I don't know if any of you guys from NH remember it. But I'm trying to find a news article about it. I know some of my family members have it but I really don't feel like going up to them and asking them for a copy, it would be kind of awkward. I found the article on the Union Leader website, but In order for me to read the entire thing I would have to pay like 2.50 which is stupid.. I want to know if there's somewhere that might have it for free, if not I'll go to the library when I don't have work. I kindof figured it might be on the internet some where...

  1. First of all, I'm sorry.

I would suggest you do go to your local Library, and ask the Librarian for help with old news articles - they've probably put it on microfiche, or stored it on a disk in there.  The librarian would be more helpful, and it's one-on-one personal service, which is what you need.

The problem with the Internet is that every site will charge you, almost, - and it's impersonal.

    Good Luck.

  2. try searching the archives from your local newspaper online.  if it's not there go to your local library and look through their 'microfilm' (microfiche) collection for that day/week

good luck and i hope that you find what you are looking for.
