After a search on the web I found they go for as little as $250 in poor condition to $500 and up for excellent condition.

A Fabrique Nationale, Belgium made Browning pistol in .25acp (aka 6mm, 6.35 Browning) will sell for $200 to $400 depending on condition, from good to excellent. This is for typical vest pocket pistols, rare models more. Poor condition much less.
