I'm trying to get a copy of a welsh rugby union cup final, it's not on sale is it possible to access archives?

The competition was then called the principality cup it was televised at the time on bbc but a copy of it does not appear to be on sale. Is it possible to request it from an archive library anywhere?Any help would be gratefully welcomed, I do not want it for myself but for someone to whom it would mean a great deal at a particularly trying time.

Try phoning the bbc wales archives..not sure of the number...and I am sure they have recorded over the tape by know...but you never know..
