Question:

I'm trying to get more explosive for sports so i want a good supplement after i work out. I'm young and know ?

nothing about supplements so i would appreciate any advice on what to get. I dont want to put any weird chemicals in my body that will affect me in the long term i want to do it the right way and natural if possible. At the same time i want somehting effective to maximize my workout.

  1. lots of veggies and water

    also a snack of a mixture of nuts and honey and oatmeal 30~40 mins before the sport should make you a stallion :)

    after the work out by around 40 mins. try having something with meat and lots of protein,, u shud bulk up fast and be strong too

    ooh , consider doing some cardio in the days you dont have to excercise ur specific sport to boost up ur metabolism


  2. as long as your not lactose sensitive you should take Whey Protein after training. It will feed your body all of the protein lost while training. It will also help with muscle recovery so you won't be as tired after working out.
