I'm trying to get scholarships and grants for college can someone help? (I'm a ward of court, i'm 16 years)

any answer is a good answer i just need some help paying for college. I'm tryna to get myself somewhere in life.

  1. If you are a ward of the court, you need to contact your worker and ask about assistance for college.  Most states have special programs for kids "aging out" of the system that includes "Independent Living" programs including assistance with tuition, room board, special programs on budeting your money and such.  

    Also, if you are a senior, you need to do your fafsa application (federal student fin aid) asap.  Since you are a ward of the court, you are considered  "independent" and do not need to enter parents information on your fafsa.
