My TV is a 1994 model that only has a coaxial cable input but no auxiliary audio input (red, white and yellow). I recently picked up a new digital converter box that has the audio hookups, but I have nowhere to plug it in on the TV. What do I need to do to hook up the audio/dvd/vhs into this TV?

  1. This kind of stuff can get pretty complicated.  lol

I seem to remember using an old VCR as a converter before.  Plug the red, yellow and white wires into the old VCR and use the coaxial cable to connect the old VCR to the TV.  I think the VCR must be on for it to work.

If this is not an option… I seem to remember Wal-Mart carrying converters.  You can tell by looking at it if it will work.  Good luck man.
