Question:

I'm trying to identify a plant...i saw a similar one on tv...?

and the presenter called it a "silvia" plant i think. the interpreter i got it from said she got it in east africa. it smells divine! sort of like a musky/lemon balm type smell with thick(ish) leaves which grow like mad! it thrives on sunlight and moisture but does not need too much moisture. Any ideas pls??

  1. Salvia.... there are many different types of species... not sure which one.


  2. I went on ask.com to see if I could find something that resembled this plant, your other answer was Salvia, so I looked this up, to find it was a African/Mexican plant, used for  'recreational purposes'  by the natives, when dried it had an hallucinatory effect, when inhaled...hmmmmm,
