I'm trying to install Linux on my PS3. Will Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron) work? Or should I just install 7.10?

I've never heard of putting Ubuntu on there. I know Yellow Dog will work though. After some googling, I see that there is a tutorial for Gutsy, but I can't find one for Hardy. I suppose you could try Hardy, might not work but it probably couldn't hurt. Of course, there isn't much advantage to Hardy, except that it has slightly newer software (including Firefox 3).
