I'm trying to install the Japanese arcade version of DDR SN2 onto a cabinet, but struggling. Anyone know how?

My friend has a DDR cabinet, and we're trying to install the Japanese version of DDR SuperNOVA2 onto it, however, it's not working. We have the American version of SuperNOVA running on it, and we're just not sure how to install SuperNOVA2. Does anybody have any idea/experience with how to do this?
