Can you give me some good meal suggestions for an evening meal that is healthy. Or what you think should be a typical days food for me, thanks.

  1. I've got a simple diet plan page on my website that could be helpful for you.

  2. Instead of just limiting your food intake, why not do a bit of exercise on top?

I go running for an hour most days and that burns off around 800 calories!

  3. Hi, I am 25 and doing a diet with roughly the same number of calories as you. I'd add a bit of exercise on top of the diet and then I think you'll see some good results.

    My typical days food includes:

Rice cakes (I love them!) and fruit for breakfast

Salad, rice cakes (again) with low fat philidelphia  and veggie ham slices with some fruit for lunch

Stirfry veggies with garlic, chilli and soy sauce and brown rice for dinner. (or chilli con carne with veggie mince or pesto pasta with mushrooms)

As a snack I have either a biscuit or two (because I need a treat now and again) :-) or a skinny cow ice cream or some baked crisps (all of which are under 100 calories each) and you don't feel like you are being deprived all the treats. I know that I will have to keep this up basically forever in order to slim down and stay slim so I think I may as well at least have foods I enjoy as well otherwise I'll never stick to it.

My boyfriend is super skinny and eats loads of biscuits and things which can make it hard for me to resist, but I just write down everything I eat and add up the calories, it helps me to stay in control. I have lost just over a stone in a month by doing this diet. If you ever need someone to chat to or some motivation just drop me an email :-)

EDIT: I know that people saying "your body will adapt" thing is really annoying because how on earth are you supposed to lose weight if you don't cut calories in combination with exercise? Are you just meant to keep eating the same ammount and hope the weight dissappears by itself?! Technically then should your body should adapt to you eating nothing at all eventually?

  4. Try some brown bread, vegitables or beans, curd without cholestrol

  5. Hi it is commonly acknowledged that diets are 95% certain to fail. I urge you to you click http://www.newloseweight.com its a really informative site with some great free help and support. I lost 7 pounds in five weeks by taking their advice

  6. So if you eat 1375 calories a day will you gain weight?.All this calories in and calories out is a big bunch of nonsense.Your body will adapt to 1350 or 1300 or 1100 etc and then you will give up and eat.By then your body will be in starvation mode and will store more fat.
