http://www.switchboard.com if they have a land line phone.  

Check your library for an Atlanta City Directory.  I think they still publish it. If so it is a huge book that comes out annually.  It is not a phone book but a place to look up by name,by street etc.

The only thing you'll get for free is listings from local phone books.  If they don't have a phone listed in their name in the directory none of the online free searches will work.
