I'm trying to losen weigjht couse girls at school always call me fat is a ham and cheese sandwich good for yo?

  1. There's nothing wrong with this from time to time.

    If you really want to make a difference , ask your

    doctor to send you to a Dietitians, no it should not cost

    you money.   But the thing is she can tell you so much

    more, things you may have not thought of .  Send you

    home with information which her is hard to put it all in for you.

    Just eat what you like at the moment but exercise a little

    like make a time you go for a good walk and then increase

    how long and how far you go.  Try cycling some of the time.

    And don't cheat yourself, write it all down in a book ,so you

    can actualy see your progress !  And stop eating after 4Pm !

    That is really hard but will make you loose heaps. If you have

    to eat only vegetables at that time.

    during the day half all your meals from what your eating now.

    Stop drinking fizzy sugary drinks at all ! cheesy dishes or cheese

    only three times a week say on toast.

    Good luck....give it a month and a half and already you will see

    and feel the difference, that is if you didnt cheat on this.


  2. No..all processed meat is fatty and usually just unhealthy...cheese in moderation, but try whole grain breads.  You would be better off with Pnut butter and jelly.

  3. Cheese is fattening.  Eat your high fat food early in the day.

  4. Depends on how big it is, what kind of bread, what kind of cheese...
