I'm trying to make a Final Countdown yugioh deck.?

Question

I was searching through my commons and I found these. I was thinking maybe I can pull this deck off. If anyone has any suggestions or decklists post please. Thank You.

Find as many stall cards as possible. gravity bind, level limit area b, bottomless shifting sand, ordeal of a traveler, etc. Anything that prevents your opponent from getting at your life points. Get some of the highest level 4 attackers too.

My suggestion is to use cards like Winged Kuriboh, the Unhappy Maiden, Waboku, Threatening Roar, Negate Attack, Thunder of Ruler, Arcana Force 0-the Fool, Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon, and other stall cards (especially ones that all but skip the opponent's turn/battle phase) Rainbow Life is also a superb choice.

The real trick with Final Countdown is to get it early. Once it's out, your opponent will have almost no chance unless they summon Jinzo or use Royal Decree, so include Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, and maybe a few monster destruction cards (preferably monster effects, so they also defend your LP)

i have final countdown but dont use it.

mostly b/c it takes to much life points to use.

and if you get hit with major burn cards your screwed.

but try adding wave motion cannon maybe two of them.

You should be stalling with cards like: Messenger of Peace, Level Limit Area B, Gravity Bind, Nimble Momonga, Threatening Roar(wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than negate attack), D-Dero Defender, Battle Footballer, Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon, Arcana Force 0- The Fool, MAYBE Mist Body,Thunder of Ruler, Recruiters(apprentice magician, ufo turtle, shining angel, etc.(much more)), nightmare steel cage, Necro Guardna(not too necessary), Waboku

don't use ordeal of the Traveler because you risk losing card advantage, and I've listed MUCH better stalls anyway

Also play some monster removal (Smashing Ground, Fissure, Lightning Vortex etc.) in order to remove threats like Jinzo

Dust Tornadoes, MST, Twister, Heavy Storm, and Mei-Kou, Master of Barriers can all get rid of royal decree(don't use too much Spell/Trap removal though)

Add Magical Mallets and Reloads to increase your chances of drawing final countdown

Alot of people play pyro clock...but it's a dead draw

You should be able to win without it.

side Des Wombats, Rainbow life, and ring of defense for burn decks, because your stalling only helps themXD

Good idea!!!       I'd use cards that could stall the opponent(s), so you can use it to win while they're fighting defenses.
