I'm trying to make strawberry jam?

I only have 16 ounces of strawberries. How can I change the amount of water, gelatin, and sugar?

Halve the recipe.

You have exactly half a quart of strawberries.

Put The Strawberries In the blender Then add just a tad of lemonade.

Then blend in your belnder just a little bit with a little bit of honey :)

Just cut it in half and it will be fine.
