The way you are connecting to the internet doesn't allow for the telling of where you are.

Most internet connections send out a thing called a IP address. It IDs the location of where you are. Yours for some reason is either giving one out of the country (as in a proxy), stipping the IP address (most common) or something on the Disney server is not IDing it correctly (quite possibly)

That's puzzling....Have you call your service, they would be better to tell you what the problem is, I have no clue, so try your service !!!!!!!
