I'm trying to post a .jpg image on my 360 blog, but it keeps saying it's not. What's wrong?

You will likely need to make sure that its in a JPEG format that 360 recognizes and that the file is under 5MB in file size (250KB if it's for the background).

Paint is on most Windows computers with Microsoft software in the Accessories programs section.

- Open Paint, then open the image file from within Paint.

- Go to the File menu and Save As (perhaps as a different file name). Choose the JPEG option in the file type dropdown after you click Save As. Pick a quality level if that box pops up.

Sometimes re-saving the file in Paint helps when 360 does not recognize it as a JPEG.
