I'm 14 and i am really trying to produce sperm but i cant, why?

Stop trying to porduce sperm. You can't! Your body needs to produce it,and when the time is right, it will produce it without yur help.

Don't worry Mat G,... it happens at different ages, and I didn't start for "Me!" until I was close to 16 years old.

Just enjyoy shooting blanks as long as it goes that way, and remeber, Confusious say:  "A bird in the hand can be messy"!!

Zinc, and oysters, and figs, too I believe...Help with the production of s***n, and drink lots of fluids. You cant make fluids if you arent taking them in.
