I'm trying to put Outlaw star in my PS3 but when i convert it and play it on my PS3 it comes out narrow?

when i play the video it comes out narrow and i cant see it like that and if u can give me a sight were i can download Outlaw Star without it being narrow on my PS3 i only want it in English thank u peoples
